Halle (Westfalen) is a small city in North Rhine-Westphalia on the southern slope of the Teutoburg Forest, about 15 kilometers west of Bielefeld. Because of the many lime trees in the city center, the city is nicknamed “Lindenstadt”. Halle is the main location of Storck, the producer of Merci, Toffifee and Werther's Original.
