Röttingen is a small wine town in Bavaria at the borders to Baden-Württemberg. The self-proclaimed Europastadt (Europe City) hosts the yearly Frankenfestspiele in Burg Brattenstein and has a well-preserved city wall with 7 of 14 towers still standing. The town is also known as Sonnenuhren-Stadt (Sundial City).
