Ghent

Ghent is the capital of the Belgian region East Flanders and the second-largest city in Flanders. The so-called “proud city” is counted among the first industrialized cities on the European mainland. Ghent is home to more than 9,800 cultural and historically valuable buildings and is especially pretty at night.
