Haguenau

The coat of arms of Haguenau

Haguenau is a town in France near Strasbourg. It was a Free Imperial City, a member of the League of Ten Cities, and the site of an imperial palace built by Barbarossa. Even though the town, like the Alsace, has often been attacked and destroyed, it still displays buildings from the last nine centuries.
