Sheringham

Sheringham is a seaside town in Norfolk that was first mentioned in the Doomsday Book of 1086. It comprises the villages of Upper Sheringham and Lower Sheringham. From 1909 to 1914, it was home to Ernest Shackleton, before the Endurance-expedition, and in 1919 to composer Ralph Vaughan Williams.
