The coat of arms of Fakenham

Fakenham is a small market town in northern Norfolk on the River Wensum, 40 kilometres from Norwich. Fakenham was a manor belonging to King Harold until it was taken by William the Conquerer in 1066. It was long known for its corn market and was a significant centre for printing in the 19th century.
