The city was initially named Kings-town (now Kingston) upon Hull but is known as Hull. It is located at the River Hull and the Humber. Its tourist attractions include the historic Old Town, the Museum Quarter, Hull Marina, and The Deep. Hull is the birthplace of William Wilberforce who was an MP for his hometown.
